Former Hearts of Oak defender Joe Addo has admitted that the Phobians have lacked the consistency to stay at the top level of Ghana football.
The Ghana Premier League giants have not acquired any trophy in the last ten years, much to the shock of fans. They have also sacked 19 managers during this period.
In an interview with Joy FM, Addo believes that giving a coach a chance to manage the team for a long period will help the club.
“The main thing we lack at Hearts of Oak is consistency. I think we should pick one coach, give him the power to go ahead for a long time. If we change our policies every now and then, it will not help us.”
