Accra Hearts of Oak head coach Herbert Addo has axed faltering Tetteh Luggard from his starting line-up as he welcomes Burkina Faso international keeper Abdoulaye Soulama to face Senegalese side Olympique de Ngor in the CAF Confederation Cup.

Soulama, who travelled from Morocco to join the Phobian squad in Dakar due to the international break, returns to post for Hearts after a spell with the Stallions and returns comfort to Hearts fans following the shambolic display of Tetteh Luggard during their game against Inter Allies in the Ghana Premier League last weekend.

Ghana U20 captain Owusu Bempah also returns to the side for the game. Bempah is no stranger in Senegal as he played at the venue with the Black Satellites during their African Youth Championship campaign.

He joins former Al Shoalah defender Philip Boampong, in-form Isaac Oduro and Ivorian Robin Gnagne (captain) to complete the back four.

Leonard Tawiah is deployed in a holding midfield role, getting the nod over experienced Kofi Abanga while Isaac Mensah and Paul Acquah play either sides of the flanks. Richard Yamoah will play in a free role.

The attack is led by Gilbert Fiamenyo with support from Togolese international Foovi Aguidi.

Hearts’ XI vs Ngor: Soulama Abdoulaye – Owusu Bempah, Isaac Oduro, Philip Boampong, Robin Gnagne –

Leonard Tawiah, Paul Acquah, Richard Yamoah, Isaac Mensah – Gilbert Fiamenyo, Foovi Aguidi.
