Hearts of Oak striker Asamoah Boateng Afriyie has shed light on the team's underwhelming start to the Ghana Premier League (GPL) season, citing a lack of telepathy among players as the primary factor.
Hearts of Oak has secured only one win from their opening four matches, sparking frustration among fans. However, Afriyie remains optimistic, stressing that the team's cohesion is improving.
With new players learning to adapt, Asamoah Boateng Afriyie believes the team will need time to gel.
"We're now gelling as a team... We're all keen about the team's success, not personal glory," Afriyie stated after Hearts of Oak's goalless draw against Nations FC.
