Hearts of Oak enterprising left-back, Isaac Oduro has promised Hearts fans that, the entire playing body has vowed to win every trophy for the club in the coming season.
The Phobians for the past six years have not been the club many touted as one of the biggest clubs in the country due to their inability to annex any major trophy.
The current club’s administration led by Togbe Afede XIV has hugely been criticized by old directors and fans of the club for their managerial style insisting they are taking the club down.
The Phobians last season endured a difficult season as they escaped relegation at the last hour after finishing the league at the 13 position, beating the 14th placed team Heart of Lions with a slim goal difference.
Speaking to GHANAsoccernet.com, Oduro said “It is the aim of every Phobian to have a fruitful 2015/16 league season in order to end our six years trophy drought.”
“I am not just promising but we shall have surprise packages for the fans next season. Many people are worried by our preparations but we are seriously putting up a solid and winsome side.”
“We shall win every trophy,” Oduro concluded.
Hearts of Oak commenced their pre-season friendlies last week drawing 1-1 with lowly-ranked Sunshine FC and will engage Premier League side WAFA today at the Sogakope Park.
