Accra, Oct 18, GNA -- Accra Hearts of Oak has called on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to advise the Club as to which of its two separate regulations in its statute books are in force now by the close of work on Wednesday, October 18.

Mr Ernest Thompson, Board Secretary of the Club in a statement copied to the GNA Sports said the legal committee of the FA which rejected the registration of Charles Taylor and Ishmael Addo relied on Article 28(1) (d) of the Draft Regulations but refused to rely on Article 28 (1) (f) of the final regulations which were circulated to the Club.

It said unfortunately the Draft Regulations contains omissions, imperfections and ambiguities, adding that there are no Article 33(transfers) and 32 (6) (limitations period on cases involving floating player) in the Draft Regulations.

The statement said the Club has been made to believe that, two separate regulations exist, hence the need for classification.

It added that that it is assumed that the GFA and its two separate Committees have by their decisions or acts led Hearts to believe that the two separate regulations are in force now.
