Hearts to organise Annual General Meeting on August 15

The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club Limited has said iy would hold its Annual General Meeting, on Wednesday, August 15, 2018.

The Accra based club in a press statement signed by Mr. Kwame Opare Addo, Public Relations Officer and copied to the GNA Sports said all Phobians, especially shareholders, must take note and prepare for the meeting.

The statement said the meeting would be held at the Civil Servant's Auditorium-Ministries, Accra and would commence at exactly 9:00am.

“NTHC, the Club's official registrar, is in the process of forwarding the AGM reports to all shareholders through their various e-mails.

"We entreat all shareholders to take good note of this communique and make their presence well felt at the event.”
