Hearts to play Dwarfs on Sunday

Accra, June 15, GNA - League leaders, Accra Hearts of Oak will on Sunday, June 19, engage Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs in a friendly football match at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium in Accra. The match is to prepare the two sides towards the resumption of the 2005 Premier League currently on break.

Hearts will also use the match to seek revenge against the newly promoted side, after they suffered a surprise 3-2 defeat at the hands of Dwarfs at the beginning of the season at the same venue. Mr Ashford Tettey-Oku, Administrative Manager of Hearts in a statement said the match will also be used to outdoor three newly signed on players of the Club.

The players are Wisdom Agblexo of Power FC, George Eranio of Obuasi Ashantigold and Issah Mohammed, a former striker of Sekondi Hasaacas. According to the statement, the match, which will start at 3:00 pm, will attract a rate of 20,000 cedis at the VIP, Wings and the Upper Terrace of the stadium while the Popular, Osu and May 9 stand would go for 10,000 cedis each.
