Mrs Sophia Horner-Sam, Deputy Minister for Ports, Harbours and Railways, commended the participants for their show of sportsmanship throughout the competition.

She called on corporate bodies and other institutions to offer the necessary support to the young golfers to enable them to develop their talents and for the development of the sport in the country.
