Hertha Berlin boss, Michael Preetz is not ruling out the future return of Kevin-Prince Boateng and Jerome Boateng to play for the club.
The German-born players who are of Ghanaian descent played for Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga during their formative years of their professional career.
Later after catching the eye of many, KP Boateng secured a transfer to Tottenham Hotspurs while Jerome Boateng moved to Hamburg SV.
Years on after playing for some of the best clubs in the world, KP Boateng in a recent interview has shared that he wants to link up with Jerome Boateng at Hertha Berlin before they end their career.
Reacting to the comments, Hertha Berlin boss Michael Preetz says it is nice to hear that from the former AC Milan superstar.
He told Bild, “It's nice to hear that they have close ties to Berlin and to Hertha BSC. They are Berlin boys, and both have achieved a lot in their careers and seen the world.
“That they're drawn to their home at some point, back to this great city, is totally understandable and makes me very happy. If it comes to it, I'm sure we'll exchange ideas”.
