Ebusua Dwarfs made history in week 20 of the Ghana Premier League after thrashing Asante Kotoko by 4 goals to 1 at the Robert Mensah stadium.
Bright Lukman, Christopher Bonney and Nicholas Gyan scored as Kotoko were demoralised by an Ebusua Dwarfs side who still have hopes of escaping relegation.
Interestingly, on 31st August 1969, Dwarfs handed Asante Kotoko their heaviest defeat in the Ghana Premier League history with a 5-0 win at Cape Coast Siwudu Park now Robert Mensah Stadium, and it was Kotoko’s 34th birthday.
47 years on, Dwarfs have re-written the history books following their 4-1 win on Wednesday.
Prior to the Kotoko game, Dwarfs had lost by a lone goal away to Berekum Chelsea and took up several activities after the defeat to prepare well for the Porcupines.
Below are pictures and videos of Ebusua Dwarfs preparation for the Kotoko kill.
