Kotoko midfielder Stephen Oduro claims he’s done enough to merit legendary status at the club.

The pocket-size veteran midfielder is hugely regarded at the club after an illustrious 15-years spell.

Oduro joined Kotoko in 2000 from relegated Real Tamale United and has since endeared himself to the club’s supporters.

The fans favourite has touted his credentials and says he deserves a legendary status at the club.

“ Many of these young ones likes to learn a lot from me, they see me as a legend and I think that’s true because I am currently the longest serving player in the Club,” he told Ghanasportsonline.

“They draw much inspiration from me and respect me very well. I also give them that respective and try to advise them.”

“Even at training or in camp they always prefer to call me legend and that always make me feel proud as well.”

“I think I have served Kotoko and the Club has really brought me very far. I really love the Club and I believe they love the work am doing for the Club as well.”

The highly revered midfielder has won six Premier League titles, two FA Cup crowns, two Super League titles, five SWAG Cup trophies and two Top 4 crowns.

He also reached the finals of the CAF Confederation Cup with the club in 2004.
