Ghana and Kuban Krasnodar midfielder Rabiu Mohammed says he is enjoying the game again after putting behind him the recent injury concerns which restricted his impact on the pitch.
The 25-year-old midfielder has been involved in 15 out of 17 games for Kuban Krasnodar this season.
Mohammed, a box to box midfielder who flourished playing as a defensive one for both club ( Evian) and country struggled with injuries and form in his first season with Krasnodar.
But after an impressive start to his second season the FIFA U-20 world cup winner with the Black Satellites in 2009 says he is finally lifted with his health and performance for his club this season.
“The joy of every footballer is to be playing on the field and doing your job,” Mohammed told GHANAsoccernet.com
“I know that as footballer there are set backs but the aim is to give your best anytime the opportunity avails itself.”
“Admittedly there were challenges in the first season but slowly its looking bright after every game now.”
