Ghana defender Abdul Baba Rahman admits he's growing frustrated for his lack of playing time at Chelsea.

Rahman, 21, has struggled to command a regular spot in the team since he made the switch from German outfit Augsburg in the summer of 2015.

The Ghana international has made only four appearances in the English Premier League with no end in sight to his troubles.

And the Ghanaian has admitted he's growing frustrated for his lack of playing opportunities.

“Of course it’s frustrating for any footballer to sit in the stands,” the 21-year-old told German newspaper Bild. “Its not something I’ve experienced a lot of.

“As a young player you have to get used to it, and I have to get accustomed to life at a big club and this world-class league.

“In my view, the first half year was quite okay. But in the second half I will definitely play more.

“Chelsea are one of the best clubs in the world.”

The agent of the Chelsea flop has insisted his client will stay put at Stamford Bridge.
