Asante Kotoko General Manager Samuel Opoku Nti has publicly declared that, he is no more the permanent boss of the club, but rather a caretaker.
Opoku Nti confirmed that he has already received a letter notifying him that his tenure has ended though he has asked for some time before he bows out.
“I had a letter from the Board last week notifying me of the deadline of my tenure as the General Manager of the club. They also asked me to write a report of my 2 years tenure at the helm of affairs,” Opoku emphasized.
“For the report, I told them the time was short, and I will need some time before I conclude writing it so they have agreed to let me continue as a caretaker till the end of the season,”
According to close sources, owner of the club Otumfuor Osei Tutu will give the person to a new GM after the season ends.
