I don't receive GHC18,000 as monthly salary - GFA General Secretary

The General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association(GFA), lawyer Prosper Harrison Addo has revealed that he was earning bigger salaries as a staff of Scancom Limited (MTN Ghana) than his current job.

Prosper Addo, who was formerly the head of the GFA Disciplinary Committee made this statement after widespread rumours in the media that the 'self-acclaimed' broked FA is paying him GHC18,000 as his monthly wages.

Though the Lawyer didn't reveal that amount that he is being paid as the General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association, he stated that there is no iota of truth in the rumours in an interview with Accra based Angel 102.9 FM.

"My salary at MTN was way bigger than what I am getting now at GFA and it is not true my take-home pay is GHC18,000,"

Before Prosper appointments at the GFA, he was a Senior Manager, Compliance at Scancom Limited (MTN Ghana), where he also previously held the position of Manager, Commercial Legal.
