Black Stars defender Tariq Lamptey has expressed his delight after making his home debut for Ghana in a win over the Central African Republic.
The Brighton and Hove Albion man took to Instagram to celebrate the team's victory against Mali and CAR and his time with the squad.
He further penned that he enjoyed the experience of playing in front of the home fans for the first time.
"Great camp with the squad. Two big wins and my first time playing in Ghana. Really enjoyed the experience! Thank you for the amazing support. Now time to rest and recover," he wrote.
Tariq Lamptey featured in Ghana's doubleheader in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers when they beat Mali and CAR.
The Black Stars beat Mali 2-1 in Bakamako before beating CAR 4-3 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium four days later.
