Former Hearts of Oak Player, Seth Owusu has lamented how he was treated badly during his stay at his former club Accra Hearts of Oak.

The Former Black Stars player recounted that he sustained an injury during their pre-season tour last season at Takoradi when they were playing Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals as part of their pre-season campaign tour.

According to him, nobody from the team has attended to him, leaving him to wallow in abject misery.

According to the player, he contacted the then Team Manager, Patrick Madjetey for assistance after he had attended medical check–up but nothing has been done for him.

“All the Team Manager told me was to bring the receipts of the hospital and have it signed before he can attend to me.

“I didn’t need financial support at the time but all I needed was some sort of care but the team abandoned me,” he said.

Seth Owusu, however, hinted that his one year contract with the club has expired and has finally gotten a floating status which warrants him to go as a free agent and look for offers elsewhere.
