I wasn't expecting Deportivo to beat Kotoko - Wilson Arthur

MTN FA cup committee chairman Wilson Arthur expressed his shock at the 2-1 defeat handed to Kotoko by Asokwa Deportivo in the competition.

The division one side faced Kotoko at the Len Clay Sports Stadium and although they went behind, they managed to complete a comeback and win.

“I wasn’t expecting Deportivo to be able to beat Kotoko. Naturally, if you are managing a tournament like this you want the big guns to go as far as possible but that is football you don’t decide who goes to the final” he said in an interview with FootballMadeInGhana.

“It’s everybody’s dream to get a Kotoko-Hearts final but it is not guaranteed” Wilson concluded.
