Former Hearts of Oak coach Mohammed Polo has revealed he will never return to the dugout of the Rainbow side after suffering what he described as inhuman treatment from supporters.

Polo was appointed as the care-taker coach of the Phobians after the sacking of David Duncan, but he believes he could have done better if he had held on for a while.

“I toiled with everything that I had in me last season to help the club achieve successes but what happened? My own supporters were wishing for my downfall which hurts me so bad till date. I've decided not to coach Hearts of Oak again even if I’m given the chance in the future,” Polo told Goal Ghana.

“I played wholeheartedly for almost 21 years for the club’s success but because [David] Duncan was sacked my own people sabotaged me and wished my downfall.”

He added: “I’m their own and they should have put the past behind and support me because in spite of all these, I was able to finish third on the log which means I could've done a lot more than what I did with their support.”

The ‘Dribbling Magician’ admitted he is ever ready to work with any Ghana club in the new season if they will understand his philosophy.

“If any club believes in my philosophy and approaches me, I'm ready to work for them but for my own club Hearts, never because what they did to me was my worst experience,” he stated.
