The Greater Accra IPMC Hockey League moves into second round of action this weekend at the National Hockey Pitch with interesting pairings.
In the Men A-League Exchequers battles League Leaders CEPS, in what seem to be a do or die affair. CEPS escaping narrowly with a draw in their first round match would have to prove that they have done their home work well, while Exchequers are bent on improving upon their performance last week to carry the day. In the Senior League, Citizens are set to administer the bitter pill they gave to Multistix this time to League Leaders NDK Financiers. Financiers who seem unstoppable this season needs to go all out in order to maintain their momentum. In the other match, Multistix are sure to pick all the points at stake when they meet Veterans, who are still struggling to win a match. Reformers of Ghana Prisons are set to extend their lead on the table in the Women League, when they face Extinguishers of Ghana Fire Service in a tough encounter on Friday.
