Inter Allies sweat over Wahab Ackwei’s latest injury setback

Inter-Allies will be hoping to have defender Wahab Ackwei back in action after the player suffered what looked like an ankle injury in their 1-1 draw with Bolga All Stars.

The defender did not last the entire duration of the match after receiving a hash tackle from an opponent late in the first half.

Ackwei could not continue the game as he was replaced by Paul Abanga after recess.

Coach Prince Owusu will look forward to have his key defender back for their next League game against Elmina Sharks.
