Inter Club Badminton competition to get underway

Accra, April 16, GNA - The Badminton Association of Ghana will from Saturday April 17 organise an inter-club badminton competition among clubs from Accra, Tema and Takoradi as a move towards keeping the sport alive and encouraging the growth of the game in the country. A statement signed by Elletey Ignatius, Acting General Secretary of the Association said the sports hall of the Accra Sports Stadium is to be the venue for the competition.

It said the three-day event would commence from Friday, April 23 and end on Saturday, April 24.

The competition is expected to start in the morning and end in the evening for all the days.
