Inter Milan Ghanaian midfielder Sulley Muntari will be staying at the Italian side as the club have rejected a bid from Tottentham.
As far as his agent Fabien Piveteau is concerned the enforcer will be staying at Inter.
Reports have suggested Spurs boss Harry Redknapp, who brought Muntari to Portsmouth from Udinese in 2007, wanted the Ghana international at White Hart Lane.
However, Muntari is unlikely to move.
He has been a key part of Jose Mourinho's team, and the champions seem to have snubbed a bid from north London.
"There was an offer from Spurs, but it was declined by Inter," the Piveteau said.
"Muntari still has four years left on his contract with the Nerazzurri and he is happy to play here and win more things."
Reports in England have suggested Redknapp would be making wholesale changes to the team this summer, but Muntari is unlikely to arrive.
