Isaac Dogboe battle with Edward Kambasi on April 1st at the Bukom Boxing Arena has been cancelled, the promoters have confirmed.
Dogboe – Kambasi were scheduled to slug it out on the card dubbed as ‘Azumah Nelson’s Fight Night’ which will be headline by Wahab Oluwasuen versus Abraham Osei Bonsu.
Oluwasuen will be defending his national super featherweight belt against the former national champion.
“Yes Dogboe fight with Kambasi has been cancelled,” head of HeMann Promotions Heta Hemann told Sportscrusader.com.
“It was beyond our control we couldn’t do anything about it because the directives came from WBO, Dogboe is a good boxer and i like him a lot but he will not be fighting on the night.”
The upcoming card will be HeMann Promotions and Azumah Nelson Boxing’s third promotions. The two previous promotions took place at the five-star Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel.
