Isaac Koomson files for GHALCA Chairmanship position

Vice President of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), Isaac Koomson has presented his nomination form to be considered for the Association’s chairmanship position.

Isaac Wilberforce Koomson, vice chairman of the association, threw his hat into the chairmanship race, when the date was announced for this year’s elections.

The Association, known as the mother body of all league clubs in Ghana, opened nominations last week for interested candidates to file for the various positions in the Association.

And Isaac Koomson, who picked his form last week, presented it today at its secretariat in Accra today.

Sometymer Otto Acheampong of Asokwa Deportivo has also picked a form to contest to represent Division One clubs on the body.

West Africa Football Academy PRO, George Offosuhene, who is competing with Joe Addo of Hearts of Oak and John Ansah of Dwarfs, also presented his form.

Candidates who picked their forms have until 17:00 GMT or 5:00 PM today (Monday, March 21) to submit their forms.
