Dreams FC’s fairytale start to life in the Ghana premier league continued as another one-goal win at home over Bechem United sees the newly promoted side maintain their unbeaten record.

The Dawu based club have won their first two games in the league and this has given fans a glimpse of hope they’re in the league to stay. Dreams hosted Bechem at their favourite ground, the ‘theatre of Dreams’ and a Ben Nash goal saw them win their second game since gaining promotion from 2014/15 GN Bank division one season.

Head coach of the club and former Ghana black stars captain, Charles Kwabena Akunnor popularly referred to as C.K. Akunnor in an interview with sportscrusader.com, revealed his delight at the successful start to premier league life for his side but cautioned his side to be on the guard for a reality check when the moment arrives.

He said, “It’s a positive start to life in the Ghana premier league and I’m very happy with the maximum points collated but as a young team we keep making mistakes but we’re learning from it. We want to improve and our mistakes in games proves we are inexperienced but we will get there.”

Dreams FC travel to Tema to face Inter Allies who will come into the game on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Liberty professionals in match week 2.
