Leicester City winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has stated that completing a permanent move to the Foxes is amazing.
The Ghanaian expressed his love for the fans, stating that he rides on their energy to give his absolute best for the club.
After finalizing the deal, Fatawu asserted that his attention has turned to the upcoming season.
“I feel amazing. It’s so good to be back, and I’m just back to focus again for next season,” Fatawu told the club’s media team.
“With the fans, it feels so good to be with them. They always give more energy, and it gives me the motivation to do more."
Fatawu expressed his gratitude to the fans for composing a chant for him while describing them as the best.
“They are the best. [The fans singing my name] is special. It’s amazing for me. I always feel good when I hear the fans singing my name. That will keep me going.”
Leicester City Football Club announced the permanent signing of the exciting young Ghanaian winger from Sporting Lisbon for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old Ghana international impressed on loan at King Power Stadium last season, helping City to the Sky Bet Championship title and promotion to the Premier League, and has now signed a five-year contract with the Football Club.
