James Toney draw

Sun, 4 Sep 2005 Source: --

James "Hot Ice" Toney and Randy Griffin (USA) put on plenty of action, but after 12 rounds the judges saw fit to call it a three-way split at the Gund Arena in Cleveland. Griffin appeared to have the edge, especially after Toney was penalized points twice for hitting low. But Tom Miller gave it to Toney, 114-112, judge John Parish saw it for Griffin, 114-112, and judge Nathan Palmer called it 113-113.
