Enyimba striker, Joetex Frimpong, arrived the Portugal camp of Ghana?s Senior National Team, The Black Stars, on Wednesday, ahead of Saturday?s World Cup qualifier Cape Verde.

Frimpong, had left Kano on Monday, to join his colleagues in the Black Stars camp after helping his Nigerian team, Enyimba, to qualify for the finals of the Coca-Cola FA Cup, on Sunday.

The Ghanaian traveled via KLM to Amsterdam on Monday night and connected a flight to Lisbon, where he joined his colleagues in the Black Stars camp.

Since making his debut against Burkina-Faso in the on-going World Cup Qualifiers, the Nigeria based Ghanaian goal-king has become a key member of the Black Stars.

Speaking with www.ghanaweb.com from their Lisbon camp, he said: ?I want to help Ghana qualify for the World Cup, because it is every player?s dream to play in the World Cup. After helping Ghana to the World Cup, then I will return to Nigeria to win the Coca-Cola FA Cup and the Premier League with Enyimba.

"My club has won the league before, but we are yet to win the Coca-Cola FA Cup which is the oldest competition, not only in Nigeria, but also in Africa. Moreover, the sponsor, Coca-Cola has presented a new trophy for the 60 year-old competition.?

The team would leave Portugal today for Cape Verde where they would play their final World Cup Qualifier, on Saturday October 8.
