Jordan Ayew has called on Villa to find the winning solution.
Villa are currently bottom of the Barclays Premier League and Ayew was gutted with the weekend defeat to Swansea.
But the forward, who scored his first goal against the Swans, has backed the players to help shoot the club up the table in the coming weeks and months ahead.
He told AVTV HD: “We are playing good football but we are not winning. It’s tough.
“We have to find a solution. As players we have to be stronger to win games.
“We played well against Swansea but at the end it was zero points.
“We have played against teams who have played no better than us but we haven't been getting the results.
“We have to continue working hard now to pick up.
“No matter how we play, we have to win. We want to pick up victories and make the fans happy.”
On a personal level, Ayew feels he’s starting to get used to the rigours of the top flight, shown by his first goal in the weekend clash with the Swans.
He added: “I am adapting.
“I am confident I will get better and better each week.
“I work hard and I will continue doing that.”
