Jordan scores in Marseille return

Jordan Ayew returned from international duty to find his scoring touch for Olympique Marseille in their 3-1 over amateur side Bourg-Peronnas in the French Cup on Wednesday.

The win puts Marseille into the quarterfinals of the competition.


The Ghana youngster, who had been on international duty at the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations came off the bench to score the third goal from a low drive in the 54th minute after Brandao had hit a brace.

Ousmane Diaby scored a consolation goal for Bourg-Peronnas in the 78th.
