Joshua Otoo confident Phobia will improve
Accra Hearts of Oak defender Joshua Otoo is confident the team will improve in their next game after a slow start against Inter Allies.
The Phobians played a goalless draw game with Inter Allies in the opening game of the 2016/17 Ghana Premier League at the El-Wak Stadium on Monday.
Team Hearts were not at their exhilarating best in the first match of the season but debutant Otoo says they will improve.
"Every first game of the season is tough and we did not expect an easy game against Inter Allies," he told accraheartsofoakSC.com.
"I am very confident we will improve in our next game. The truth is that we have to improve in all areas but I think the midfield and the attack should improve more to able to win matches."
The former Wa AllStars and Sogakope Red Bull Academy graduate was amongst five debutants for Hearts on the opening day fixture and having tasted competitive action.
He said: "The support we received from the fans was massive and great. I felt really happy and for me it is really an honor to defend the shirt of Hearts of Oak."
