Karela United contact Spain-based Abdul Rahim Bashiru over vacant manager role

Ghana Premier League side, Karela United have approached Abdul Rahim Bashiru over their vacant head coach role.

According to local media reports, talks are currently on going with the club increasingly confident a deal can be reached before the new season kicks off.

If the move materializes, Bashiru will replace Johnson Smith at the Aiyinase based club after the latter switch camp to Asante Kotoko.

The former Unistar Academy coach is currently in-charge of the Under-15 side of FC Utebo in Zaragoza.
