Kintampo Sharp Arrows hold Oppong Stars

Kranka, (B/A) Nov. 4, GNA - Kranka Oppong Stars were held to a 1 - 1 drawn game by visiting Kintampo Sharp Arrows in their third week Second Division League match at Kranka.

The first half recorded no goal to either side. The host team went into action after the blast of Sunyani-based referee Ampaabeng Kyeremeh's whistle for the start of the game. Oppong Stars continued to pile pressure on Kintampo Sharp Arrows till the end of first half.

On resumption of the second half the home team drew the first blood by scoring the first goal in the 61st minute through inside-right, George Amesare. Sharp Arrows reorganized themselves and equalized through their centre forward Kwarteng to bring the final score to a 1-1 draw
