Kintampo United F/C has appealed against the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Disciplinary Committee's ruling which declared two of its players unqualified during the just-ended middle league matches against Real Sportive and Bolgatanga Catholic Stars. According to the Committee's ruling, the players, Abdul Aziz Mohammed and Ernest Oppong Weah were not properly registered.

According to the Committee's ruling, the players, Abdul Aziz Mohammed and Ernest Oppong Weah were not properly registered. A statement issued in Accra on Friday and signed by its chairman, Mr Seth Rahim Abu however, said the club was contesting the ruling because the players were duly registered.
