Koomson joins Otoo at Norwegian side Sogndal on permanent deal

Ghanaian midfielder Gilbert Koomson has joined Norwegian side Sogndal IF from Thai Premier League side BEC Tero Sasana on permanent basis, GHANAsoccernet.com.

The 21-year-old impressed in seven (7) league appearances for Sogndal in 2013 and has returned to the club on permanent basis.

Koomsoon joins Ghana attacker Mahatma Otoo at the club for the upcoming Norwegian Eliteserien season.

Otoo, a former Ghana Premier League Golden Shoe Award winner with Hearts of Oak, notched 13 goals to propel them back to the Norwegian top-flight.

The 2015 AFCON 2015 Ghana striker joined Sogndal from Ghanaian side Hearts of Oak three seasons ago and has scored 23 league goals.
