Accra, Nov 16, GNA - League leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Great Olympics are to appear before the Ghana Football Association's Disciplinary Committee on Thursday, November 20, to contest the legibility of Michael Asante of Kotoko who featured for the club in their 25th-week match against the Dade boys at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Olympics are arguing that the player was not properly registered and should (Oly) be declared winners in the said match.
A GFA statement issued in Accra on Sunday urges the two clubs to come along with relevant documents to support their cases.
Seven other Division One clubs are also billed to appear on Tuesday, November 18, at the Secretariat of the GFA.
The clubs are Bafana Bafana, Eleven Wise, Ebusua Dwarfs, Khalid FC, Deelorm Royals, Fauzan FC, and Samartex FC.
In a related development Asuoa FC and Ato Plans FC are also to appear on Thursday, November 20.
