The Porcupine Warriors were Monday afternoon prevented from using their Ridge training grounds in Kumasi.
The team arrived at their training grounds only to find out that original owners, the Army, had locked up the place.
Joy Sports investigations have revealed that the porcupine warriors are indebted to the ground owners for some months now.
Asante Kotoko have been using the Ridge training grounds for a couple of years.
Meanwhile, some senior players of the porcupine warriors on Monday boycotted training to back their demand for bonuses from the management for winning silver in the confederation cup last month.
The porcupine warriors were beaten 8-7 on penalties by their archrivals; Accra Hearts of Oak before a packed crowd at the Kumasi Sports stadium almost a fortnight ago.
Joy sports investigations reveals that the leadership of the playing body presented their demands to the club?s management claiming a bonus package for winning Asante Kotoko silver and continued on Monday by staying off training.
However, Kotoko?s CEO Major (rtd) Yaw Larson has pleaded with the players to return to training as his management attempt to settle the issue.
