Kotoko will be without the services of left-back Augustine Sefa on Sunday when they host Coton Sports Garoua in the CAF Confederations Cup.
The tough-tackling defender has accumulated yellow cards and will serve a one-match suspension.
With the unavailability of Sefa, Abass Mohammed who played the first leg could retain his starting berth.
"Kwame Bonsu is qualified to play against Coton Sport but Augustine Sefa has been ruled out," Edmund Ackah told Asempa FM.
Kotoko won the first leg in Cameroon by three goals to two and look certain to repeat the dose this weekend.
