Ghana Premier League giants, Kumasi Asante Kotoko has denied reports suggesting that they have signed former Malmo FF midfielder Kingsley Sarfo following news that he had been released from prison.
Reports in the local media had earlier indicated that the players who is currently serving jail time had been released and has joined the Porcupine Warriors on a free transfer to boost the club’s squad as they continue their journey in the CAF Champions League.
Speaking on the back of the speculations, Communication Director for Kotoko, Kennedy Boakye-Ansah has stressed that it’s not true the Kumasi based outfit has signed the player.
