Asante Kotoko Skipper, Amos Frimpong, seems eager to lead the club to Africa successfully this year.
The hard-tackling defender has disclosed that he has started spying on Kotoko’s Africa opponents via google.
Kotoko are in the same group with Al Hilal, Zesco United and Nkana FC in the group stage of Africa Confederation Cup.
The draw was made by the Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) on Monday morning Ghana time.
Amos Frimpong has said he started to monitor Kotoko’s opponents immediately the draw was made.
“I have started monitoring our opponents in the Africa Confederation Cup tournament through google.
“I started monitoring Al Hilal, Zesco United and Nkana FC few minutes after the draw was made by CAF,” he said on radio.
The Kotoko captain said information about their opponents will help Kotoko to win the group “and that is why I am spying on them”.
He said it is Kotoko’s wish to top the group and advance to the next stage of the lucrative tournament.
Amos Frimpong stated that Kotoko’s opponents “are not tougher than us so we can beat them all.”
