Asante Kotoko's National Chapters Council (NCC) has expressed worry over how the club managed the money they made from the fans contributions when they were serving their home ban.

The Porcupine Warriors were banned from playing their home matches at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium for 5 games following a misconduct from the fans on match day three against Berekum Chelsea.

In a bid to support Kotoko financially, some supporters on match days sent mobile money to the club as if they were buying tickets to go to the stadium to watch the team.

Speaking to Light FM today, National organizer for the NCC, Kwabena Agyei said “We as an NCC are worried about how the management handled the contributions of the supporters during the club's three home game ban after their week three home game defeat to Berekum Chelsea.

"We were not properly informed as an NCC on how much was raised which is a cause for worry. It was just this morning that I got to know the amount was nine thousand Ghanaian cedis(¢9,100)”.
