Kotoko to play Allies without Dauda Mohammed

Asante Kotoko will miss the services of striker Dauda Mohammed in Saturday’s Premier League game against Inter-Allies.

The 19-year-old is on national assignment after travelling with the Black Satellites team for the Africa Youth Championship qualifier against Senegal.

Coach Michael Osei will hence depend on the striking prowess of experienced Obed Owusu.

The absence of Dauda Mohammed could pave way for new signing Emmanuel Osei Carlos to earn his first start since joining the Porcupine Warriors.

Dauda is Kotoko’s leading scorer this season with eight goals in the Ghana Premier League.

The youngster has been influential for the Ghanaian giants so far this season.
