Kotoko are currently without board of directors
Asante Kotoko National Circles Council Chairman Christopher Damenya has said Kotoko will be on the same scale with the likes of Al Ahly and the other big African clubs in the next three to four years.
Though, Kotoko is considered as one of the big giant in African football with great history, Damenya believes in terms of facilities his outfit cannot compare themselves with Al Ahly and the other big clubs in the continent.
In an interview, the astute businessman indicated that, the management of the club and the leadership of the National Circles Council will come out with a concept that will position the team on the same scale with Al Ahly, Zamalek, TP Mazembe and the other clubs.
“Kotoko National Circles and the management of the club will soon come out with a concept that will make all Kotoko supporters happy.
“The supporters will understand why they support the club. We will soon come out with that initiative which every supporter will be happy about it.
“I strongly believe every Kotoko supporter will support that concept with a good mind to make it successful because after three to four years, Kotoko will be compared to Al Ahly and other clubs with their own facilities”, Christopher Damenya told Otec FM.
