Ghana secured a hard-fought 2-0 win over Comoros on Tuesday to secure progress into the group phase of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.
Even though the Black Stars did not enjoy support from a packed crowd at the Baba Yara Stadium, the fans present stood resolutely behind the team especially during a brief heavy downpour in the second half of the match.
This touching gesture from the fans in Kumasi has been praised by Ghanas Italy-based midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu.

Ghana progress to the group phase of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers on a 2-0 aggregate scoreline after they were held to a goalless draw in the first leg encounter last Friday.
The Black Stars are now amongst 19 other teams that will be placed in five groups of four for the final phase of the qualifiers.
