Kwesi Appiah declares himself ready for Black Stars return

Crystal Palace striker Kwesi Appiah has declared himself fit and ready to return to the Ghana national team.

Appiah, 25, tweeted a picture of himself training with the English Premier League side and declared himself fit and said he is feeling good.

The striker suffered an injury while training with Ghana's Black Stars in Accra in June 2015 and has been out since.

But the London-born has declared himself fit and available for selection to Avram Grant - the Ghana coach.
