Coach James Kwesi Appiah has voiced out a difficult battle in Wednesday's international friendly clash against Japan at the Nissan Stadium.

According to Kwesi the team has some problems as the team is currently on a new face.

Speaking to newsmen, Kwesi said,“We have some problems with our fullbacks, but we will work on this. We have a few days to be ready,” HE revealed as he fielded questions on the sideline before jetting off to Japan.

He however assured Ghanaian football followers that the friendly against Japan will be a better match as he was going to have full complement of players.

While there was space for Levante’s sensation Emmanuel Boateng and Bayern Munich striker Kwasi Okyere Wriedt, the coach had no place for captain Asamoah Gyan, deputy skipper Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew, Daniel Amartey, Christian Atsu, Ebenezer Ofori, Jeffrey Schlupp, Harrison Afful, Baba Rahman, John Boye and Abdul Majeed Waris.

The Black Stars play World Cup-bound Japan on May 30 before facing another World Cup-bound side Iceland on June 7.
