New Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has agreed to donate US$ 5,000 of his monthly salary to the retired national footballers association (RENFAG).
According to reports, the ex-Ghana defender has told the Ghana Football Association about his benevolent gesture.
He has agreed a two-year contract to return as Black Stars coach and expected to pocket U$ 35,000-a-month.
Appiah will officially start work on 01 May as he prepares to take charge of his first match early June against Ethiopia in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
