Kwesi Appiah unveiled by Reading FC

Ghana striker Kwesi Appiah was unveiled by Reading on Thursday after he joined the London based club on loan from Crystal Palace, DailySoccerGhana.com can exclusively confirm.

Appiah, who was on national team duty with the Black Stars in France, was handed the jersey number 44 after arriving at the Hogwood Park, the club’s training pitch.

The 24-year-old expected to improve the goal count of the 19th placed Reading with seven more match-days to the end of the Championship, will be with Reading until the end of the season.

This will be Appiah’s first Championship experience since he featured for Palace in that division during the 2012/13 season.
