Kwesi Appiah wins confidence of Ghanaians

Black Stars coach James Kwesi Appiah has won the support and confidence of most Ghanaian football fans after he beat Egypt by six goals to one at the Kumasi Sports Stadium on Tuesday, October 15, 2013.

The amazing performance and incredible scoreline made Ghanaians felt sad that in the past, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) was depending on exptraits who took the nation no where than be sacked in turns.

Kwesi Appiah who is making history as the first Ghanaian, African or Blackman to coach the senior national team of Ghana, four times African champions to the FIFA World Cup for the third time. After under studying the French, Serbians and English where he studied briefly, Kwesi Appiah has demonstrated to be a listening coach, a try and achieve coach as well as unifier of experience and youth exuberance.

There were imes in Ghan when football stars declared they could no longer serve the nations for one reason or the other, but he as been able to bring all the best known Ghanaian stars from everywhere and he says the doors are still open for every player who is performing very well to the standard he wants.

Kwesi Appiah has indeed proved that the African is capable is managing his own team and can even go on to win the World Cup.

Ghana under Coach Kwesi Appiah must have one focus from now till they enplane for Brazil and just focus on winning the World Cup to become world champions. It can be done because Ghana has done it before.

Coach Kwesi Appiah has the men. From goalkeeping, defence, midfield to attack, there are super performers who are world class stars ready to die for Ghana.

The increase in bonus of the Black Stars is an added incentive for the coach and the technical staff. For now, we say congratulations to the coach and his players, not to forget the Ghana Football Association and the Ghana Supporters. GNPC and all corporate bodies, including the media, especially SWAG who have contributed to the success story of Kwesi Appiah and the national team also deserve praise.
